When all the details are confirmed and the paperwork is complete the First City team sets the detailed procedure in place:
- Full completion of plans and specifications
- Submission to local government authorities for approval
- Ordering of materials and services
- Scheduling of contractors and suppliers
- Start date and finishing date agreed
Throughout the contract the First City team provides constant feedback and liaison to ensure that any changes are documented and advised to all parties.
